40+ years experience in construction. 27+ years as a government project coordinator in construction contracting. Harold has certifications as a Lead Risk Assessor, Lead Paint Supervisor and Asbestos training. Harold has owned and operated Project Masters since 2023. Prior to his government work, he owned and operated his own construction company.
Harold is our estimator and oversees all aspects of the project. He works closely with the team and secures all the necessary permits (if needed for your project). Harold works with your architect or you can design your project and we work with a qualified draft person to make sure that all building specifications are met or exceed specifications according to county or city codes.

Dean has 45+ experience in all aspects of construction. Plumbing, drywall, paint, electrical, framing, flooring and concrete.
Nathaniel has 10 years experience with framing, plumbing, electrical,drywall, flooring and paint.
Adam has 8 years experience with concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring and paint.
Lolo (Dolores) has 10 years experience with all aspects of construction with a focus on electrical.
We value what each team member brings to the project in experience and enthusiasm.
Our team has EPA certifications in Lead Worker Abatement. This is important in homes built before 1978.

Bear has been in construction since 2005.
Experience in all aspects of construction including framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting and flooring.
Bear has worked with many subcontractors at the same time on large scale jobs. From assisted living facilities to million dollar homes. Bear can help you envision enhancements to your project.
Bear has a EPA Lead Worker Abatement Certification.
